How Faxette sends a fax

Hold → send → capture on delivery. You are not charged for a failed fax.

1. Upload and enter the number. Add your PDF or photos, your email for updates, and the recipient’s fax number.
2. See the price, then pay. We count pages and show the price. Checkout holds your card; it does not charge it yet.
3. We send, and retry when it helps. Busy lines and similar temporary failures get up to three tries over about 20 minutes.
4. Delivered or not charged. On delivery we capture the hold and email a receipt. If it cannot be sent, we release the hold.
