Fax at The UPS Store vs online
The UPS Store is handy for walk-in paper. Online faxing is built for the PDF or phone photo you already have—and for proof of delivery without waiting in line.
Cost
Store faxing is usually priced per page, so longer packets cost more. Faxette charges $5, or €5 + VAT on the EU site, for up to 100 pages, with no monthly plan.
Hours and access
Franchise hours and queues apply. Online, you send when the deadline hits—nights, weekends, or from another city—as long as you can reach a browser.
Privacy and confirmation
A counter means handing documents to staff. Online, you upload yourself and get a status page plus email when the fax delivers or fails. On Faxette the card is held until delivery; a failed send releases the hold.
When a store still wins
Go to The UPS Store if you only have paper and need a scan-and-fax in one stop. Use online when the file is already digital or you want to avoid a subscription and a trip.
