Fax at FedEx vs online
A store counter works when you already have paper in hand. Online faxing wins when the file is on your phone or computer and you want delivery confirmation without a trip.
Price and pages
FedEx Office charges per page for outbound fax, and rates vary by location. A multi-page packet adds up quickly. Faxette is a flat $5, or β¬5 + VAT on the EU site, for up to 100 pages, which suits a PDF or a phone scan. Your card is held until delivery is confirmed, and a failed fax releases the hold.
Hours and travel
A store is limited to branch hours and a drive across town. Online faxing runs whenever you can upload, including nights and weekends, from wherever you are.
Privacy
At a counter, staff handle your papers. Online, you upload yourself. Guest faxes on Faxette delete the files 48 hours after the final status; we never show the document on the status link.
When to use which
Choose FedEx when you only have paper and no scanner. Choose online when the file is digital, you need a clear delivery result by email, or you do not want a subscription.
