Delivery success rate by month
Delivered means the receiving machine confirmed the fax, on the first attempt or after an automatic retry. Faxes sent counts faxes with a delivered or failed result. Faxes awaiting checkout or still sending aren’t included.

Retry policy
We retry a fax when retrying can help, up to two more times over about 20 minutes (three attempts in all). We stop sooner when another attempt cannot help, such as when a number is not in service. If the fax does not get through, we email you and you aren’t charged. If you can send the fax again for free, your card stays held for up to 48 hours. We release the hold if the fax is still undelivered when that time runs out. Each failure is explained on why your fax failed.
Retention
You can have your documents deleted as soon as your fax is delivered: turn on “Delete documents after delivery” on your fax’s page. Otherwise they’re deleted automatically 48 hours after the fax finishes, so if you need a copy of what you sent, please save it before then. Delivery records (destination number, page count, time, result) are kept as your proof of transmission.
