How Faxette sends a fax

Add your files, review your fax, and pay. We’ll keep you posted until it reaches the receiving machine.

  1. Add your files

    Choose your PDFs or photos, enter the fax number and add your email for updates.

  2. Review your fax

    We count the pages and show the price before you pay. The amount is held on your card.

  3. We send your fax

    Busy lines and similar temporary failures get up to three automatic attempts over about 20 minutes.

  4. Charged only when delivered

    We charge your card once the receiving machine confirms delivery. If the fax fails, you aren't charged.

If you can send the fax again for free, your card stays held for up to 48 hours. We release the hold if the fax is still undelivered when that time runs out. Documents are deleted 48 hours after your fax finishes. See delivery statistics and retention or why your fax failed.
